Livisi operates theSmartHome central unit, the app as well as the backend for innogy SmartHome. Thismakes us innogy’s infrastructure operator. innogy is currently responsible forthe distribution of the products.

FOR HOW LONG HAS LIVISI BEEN AROUND?

Livisi GmbH exists since 01.01.2019. Many ofour team members have been pioneers of the smart-home idea for years and haveextensive experience. At Livisi, we can link their expertise with the ideas ofyoung creatives and connect them with the smart-home professionals of ourpartners.

WHY IS LIVISI TAKING OVER INNOGY CUSTOMERS?

Since Livisi operates the SmartHome central unit, the app and the backend for innogy SmartHome, these customers become customers of Livisi GmbH, a fully owned subsidiary of innogy.

I AM AN INNOGY CUSTOMER.WHAT WILL CHANGE FOR ME?

For innogy customers, nothing about the existing product and service range will change. In the future, the product range will become more attractive. In other words: more devices, more functions, more services!

HOW CAN I REMAIN AN INNOGY SMARTHOME CUSTOMER?

In order to continue receiving offers from innogy, you must give your consent via the app or on the innogy website.

WHAT'S THE VISION OF LIVISI FOR THE FUTURE OF SMART HOME?

Livisi is taking the next step to make SmartHome systems even more sustainable and attractive for its customers.

HAVE THE TERMS OF USE OF THE SMARTHOME BACKEND CHANGED SIGNIFICANTLY?

No, the terms of use remain essentially the same, only the new company was introduced.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT AGREE TO THE NEW TERMS OF USE FOR THE SMARTHOME BACKEND AND CONSEQUENTLY TO THE TRANSFER OF THE CONTRACT FROM INNOGY SE TO LIVISI GMBH?

In order to use the SmartHome system, you must agree to the terms of use. Your consent is required for you to continue to fully use your product in the future and benefit from the further development of the system. If you do not give your consent, your product will no longer be supported within a few weeks.

12.

I HAVE RECEIVED A CONTRACT TERMINATION FROM INNOGY AS A SMARTHOME CUSTOMER, WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?

Once you have agreed to the current Livisi terms of use, you can continue the use your innogy SmartHome system as usual.If you do not agree to the terms of use, your product can no longer be supported.

WILL LIVISI STILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH INNOGY SMARTHOME?

Of course. innogy SmartHome is based on Livisi technology and will operate the SmartHome system for innogy in the future.

14.

WILL THE COST OF USE INCREASE?

No. Using the innogy SmartHome system from home remains free of charge. The costs for existing additional offers also remain unchanged.

15.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY DATA, ONCE IT WILL BE PROCESSED BY LIVISI?

The security of your data is a top priority forboth, innogy and us. Therefore your data will of course always be treated withgreatest care. We want to make the use of data as transparent as possible andprovide you with control over your data. Further information can be found in our data protection information.

WILL MY DATA REMAIN IN GERMANY?

Yes, your personal data will remain in Germany.

WHAT ARE LIVISI’S ADVANTAGES?

WHY DO I HAVE TO TICK OFF FIVE DIFFERENTCONFIRMATION BOXES?

In addition to agreeing to the terms of use, Livisi and innogy would like to keep you informed about individual offers on a regular basis. For this, we need your consent once. Thus we can guarantee that you will always be informed and will not miss any technical developments in the future.

I PLAN TO BUY A SMARTHOME SYSTEM, for example FROM INNOGY – Where can i find the products?

Smart home systems are available for purchase via several distribution channels. For instance, please visit WWW.INNOGY.COM to find out more.

THE LIVISI OR INNOGY SMARTHOME APP IS COMPATIBLE WITH WHICH SMART PHONES?

The app iscompatible with Apple IOS and Google Android. Compatibility with very olddevices or dated iOS/Android operating systems cannot always be guaranteed.

3.

DO I ALSO HAVE TO UPDATE MY INNOGY SMARTHOME CENTRAL UNIT?

We will keep you informed about all necessary updates, which you should then run yourself.

4.

IS LIVISI COMPATIBLE WITH DEVICES FROM OTHER MANUFACTURERS?

The Livisi platform is compatible with the same devices as innogy SmartHome. We are continuously expanding this range - this is one of Livisi's main objectives.

CAN I CONTROL DEVICES FROM GOOGLE, AMAZON ETC WITH LIVISI?

Yes. You can control all devices compatible with innogy SmartHome.

CAN I GET LIVISI SUPPORT REGARDING THE INSTALLATION OF HARDWARE?

DOES LIVISI HAVE ITS OWN CENTRAL UNIT?

Livisi provides the new, 2nd generation innogy SmartHome central unit, which is the core of the innogy SmartHome system. We also call it the Livisi Home-Hub.

I DON'T HAVE THE LIVISI APP YET, WHERE CAN I DOWNLOAD IT?

You can continue to use the innogy SmartHome app as usual. It is available for download from the Apple App Store or Google Android PlayStore.

9.

DO I NEED AN INTERNET CONNECTION IN ORDER TO USE THE LIVISI-BASED SMARTHOME SYSTEMS?

Yes, anInternet connection is required for initial setup, on-the-go control, software updates and configuration changes. Once set, however, the scenarios will work without online access. If you are using Internet-connected devices (such as Amazon Alexa or Phillips Hue), an Internet connection is also required.

FUNCTIONS

1.

WILL SWITCHING TO LIVISI CHANGE THE SCENARIOS AND SETTINGS IN MY APP?

No. You can use everything as before.

2.

WILL I STILL BE ABLE TO MANAGE ALL DATA AND FUNCTIONS IN ONE APP OR WILL I HAVE TO USE DIFFERENT PLATFORMS IN THE FUTURE?

You can use your innogy SmartHome app as usual. This, however, is new: In the future, we will be able to offer you additional helpful services from our partners.

3.

HOW CAN I RESET THE PASSWORD FOR THE APP?

In case you forgot your password, go to the login page of your SmartHome app and click on "Forgot your username or password?”. Then follow the instructions to reset your password. Please note that changing your password may take up to 10minutes.

4.

I CAN’T LOG INTO THE APP. WHAT CAN I DO NOW?

5.

WHAT ARE SCENARIOS?

The scenarios are if-then rules that allow you to independently program creative and helpful processes. You can find many interesting examples of users in the innogy SmartHome Community.

HOW MANY DEVICES CAN I MANAGE WITH LIVISI?

Livisi operates a so-called "openecosystem". This means that manufacturers of equipment have the opportunity to make their equipment compatible with Livisi. The following devices are already compatible in the open ecosystem (as of April 2019):
